Description: Officer Leinen responded to a "shots fired" call and while questioning the woman who made the report, spotted a young man leaving a nearby car. The 16 year old youth took off running and Officer Leinen chased him between two houses. The juvenile shot Officer Leinen twice in the head with a .25 automatic Raven. The suspect was apprehended and convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison.
