Description: Police Officer Lindsey was shot and killed during a traffic stop. Officer Lindsey stopped a vehicle for a minor violation when a suspect approached him from behind and shot him in the back of the head. Officer Lindsey was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. The suspect was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life in prison.
