Description: Trooper Lumley was killed in an automobile accident while pursuing a suspect wanted for armed robbery and carjacking. The suspect fled from authorities after an armed robbery and carjacking in Clayton County. After Trooper Lumley joined the pursuit, his patrol unit collided with the suspect's car and went down an embankment. Trooper Lumley was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries the following morning.
