Description: Two suspects at the local saloon were arrested and transported to jail. Upon their arrival, the prisoners exhibited resistance. Seeking to calm them, the arresting officer removed his gun from its holster. At the same time, Jailer Lopez mistook the arresting officer for a prisoner and a physical struggle ensued. The gun discharged, killing Jailer Lopez.
