Description: Officer Levan suffered a heart attack when an intoxicated suspect in his custody resisted arrest and kicked him in the abdomen. Officer Levan and other officers subdued the suspect and escorted him to City Hall. As Officer Levan was reporting the incident to the Chief, he collapsed and died.
