Description: Officer Menuez was killed in an automobile accident while responding to an emergency call on the Stillwater, Nevada, Indian Reservation. While responding, Officer Menuez lost control of his department vehicle, struck a guardrail on a bridge and became submerged in an irrigation canal. Officer Menuez was extricated from the vehicle and transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
