Description: Agent Minetto was on duty returning to the INS office in Reno, Nevada when he became involved in a minor traffic accident. The armed suspect exited his car and shot Agent Minetto eight times with his .22 pistol. The suspect then took Agent Minetto's .44 pistol and shot him once more in the head with his own gun. The suspect then turned the gun on himself and committed suicide.
