Description: Jailer Miller and Justice of the Peace Henry Inskeep were killed in an act of revenge. The suspect had just been released from jail after serving a sentence for possessing liquor. The suspect went on a rampage, killing one person and wounding two others. Justice Inskeep was shot by the suspect when he answered the front door of his home. The suspect then went to the county jail and shot Jailer Miller. The suspect was convicted of murder and executed by hanging.
