Description: Chief Miller was struck and killed by a juvenile in a stolen vehicle. The highway patrol was pursing the teenager at a high rate of speed from Minot, North Dakota, on Hwy 2. Chief Miller parked his car on the side of the road and stood in the middle of the highway in attempts to stop the suspect. Chief Miller was struck & killed instantly by the fleeing juvenile at approximately 120 miles per hour.
