Description: Deputy Majors and Constable Jim Villines were searching for a prison escapee in a local rooming house. Deputy Majors located the suspect inside the house while Constable Villines covered the back door. Deputy Majors became engaged in a fight with the prisoner and Constable Villines came to his aid. When Deputy Villines entered the house he tried to shoot the suspect but shot Deputy Majors in the back of the head. Friendly Fire.
