Description: Officer McCormick was killed while responding to a suspicious person call. As Officer McCormick and his partner went down the outside stairs, the suspect fired, striking Officer McCormick in the chest. Officer McCormick was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The suspect was arrested.
