Description: Officer Martinez was shot and killed after he responded to a domestic disturbance call. A woman and her boyfriend had a fight earlier which resulted in the boyfriend being arrested for assault. When the woman, escorted by Officer Martinez, went to retrieve her children, the brother of the arrested suspect shot and killed Officer Martinez and critically injured the woman.
