Description: Officer Medlin was struck and killed by an intoxicated driver as he conducted a traffic stop. As Officer Medlin approached the vehicle on Texas Highway 121, he was struck and killed by another driver. The suspect driver was arrested and charged with Intoxication Manslaughter, a 2nd degree felony.
