Description: Officer Mobilio was shot and killed when he stopped to fill up his patrol car at a local gas station. The gas facility that Officer Mobilio stopped at is used for refueling of Red Bluff Police Department and Tehama County vehicles. Officer Mobilio was ambushed, and shot twice as he exited his patrol vehicle.
