Description: Sheriff Mullins suffered a fatal heart attack after being assaulted by a man he was attempting to question about walking in the middle of the highway and causing a disturbance. The drunken man actually sat on the sheriff's lifeless body, with his legs dangling out the door of the patrol vehicle, as he commandeered the car and drove away to steal a 12-pack of beer.
