Description: Deputy McBride responded to a disorderly person call. Deputy George Hughes also responded to the call shortly afterwards. When Deputy Hughes arrived he found that there had been a scuffle between the suspect and Deputy McBride but that the suspect had been handcuffed. However, Deputy McBride was leaning over the hood of the patrol car and clutching his chest. Deputy McBride was transported to the hospital where he died of a heart attack.
