Description: Officer Moranz approached a suspicious man for questioning and was attacked from behind by another man. Officer Moranz was shot with his own service revolver, in the left lung, the left side, and the back. He died in the hospital two days later. Based on fingerprints taken off of a stick pin in the alley, the murderer was found.
