Description: Deputy Chief Martin and 30 law enforcement officers were participating in a bicycle ride to raise money for the Indiana chapter of the Concerns of Police Survivors. While riding from Boswell Indiana to Terre Haute when a truck collided with the riders. Deputy Chief Martin and Lieutenant Gary Dudley were killed instantly. Several others riders were injured in this accident.
