Description: Officer Mann was in pursuit of a suspicious vehicle on a rural road. Another vehicle ran a stop sign at an intersection, hitting the driver's door of Officer Mann's patrol car. Officer Mann and the driver of the other vehicle both died due to the injuries sustained in the accident.
