Description: Detective McGinnis and Constable J.W. Harryman were shot while attempting to execute a seach warrant at a residence where Bonnie and Clyde were hiding out. The Bonnie and Clyde gang was responsible for the deaths of seven other officers between 1932 and 1934: Constable William Campbell, Prison Guard Joe Crowson, Deputy Malcolm Davis, Marshal H.D. Humphrey, Deputy Eugene Moore, Patrolman H. Murphy and Patrolman Edward Wheeler. Bonnie & Clyde were ambushed and killed by a posse of law enforcement officers on May 23, 1934.
