Description: Deputy McGill and Sheriff Jep Fry were attempting to arrest an intoxicated man, in Tishomingo County, Oklahoma, who was firing his gun in public when the man shot Deputy McGill. The man then emptied his gun shooting at Sheriff Fry who was able to escape unharmed. The man removed the wounded deputy?s gun from its holster and shot Deputy McGill three more times with his own gun, killing him. The man then turned the gun on himself and committed suicide.
