Description: Marshal Mundy received a call from his son asking him to come home at once. A suspicious vehicle was driving up and down the street in front of their house. Marshal Mundy arrived and saw the parked vehicle. As Marshal Mundy approached the vehicle, he was shot in the head. The car sped off. Eyewitnesses identified the shooter as the father of a man that Marshal Mundy had shot two years earlier. Three suspects were arrested.
