Description: Chief Moss was shot and killed by a man who had just shot his ex-wife in a caf? where Chief Moss was having dinner. As Chief Moss ran towards the suspect ordering him to put the gun down, the suspect shot him in the chest. Chief Moss staggered outside where he died. The suspect shot the owner of the caf? and then committed suicide.
