Description: A 12-man SWAT team approached a mobile home in Colorado Springs to execute a no-knock raid. Deputy Martin, who was the first officer inside the home, was immediately shot in the chest with an assault rifle by the suspect. Two deputies returned fire, which led to the suspect being left paralyzed. The shooter was sentenced to life without parole. A second suspect received 22 years.
