Description: Trooper Malloy escorted a prisoner outside of his cell to use the pay phone. After the phone call the prisoner was upset and refused to go back into his cell. Trooper Malloy struggled with the prisoner and picked him up and forced him into the cell. After locking up the prisoner Trooper Malloy assisted other officers in transporting heavy bundles of marijuana up three flights of stairs (each bundle weighed approximately 75 pounds). Trooper Malloy reported to the front desk of the station with chest pains and requested emergency medical care. He was transported to a local hospital where he had a heart attack and died.
