Description: Deputy Mulay was killed when his patrol car was struck broadside by another vehicle driven by a drunk driver. Deputy Mulay was on routine traffic patrol when the suspect ran a stop sign and struck his patrol car. Deputy Mulay was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
