Description: Officer Manor was killed in an automobile accident while responding to a domestic abuse call. With his emergency lights and siren activated, Officer Manor encountered a driver who failed to yield the right-of-way. Officer Manor attempted to avoid the vehicle, but the vehicles collided, rolled, and stopped in a dirt lot. Officer Manor was pronounced dead at the hospital.
