Description: On December 20, 1938, Special Agent Molloy was injured in a single vehicle automobile crash when his vehicle skidded off an icy bridge while en route to destroy whiskey stills in Silver Point, Tennessee. Agent Molloy was transported to the hospital where he remained until his death a month later on January 31, 1939.
