Description: Officer Moran was shot as he and his partner were on foot patrol in the central district. They saw two men carrying bags of flour. Officer Moran?s partner chased one suspect who ran off while Officer Moran apprehended the second suspect. The suspect pulled a gun and shot Officer Moran. Officer Moran died of his injuries two days later.
