Description: Officer Morrow was shot by an unknown assailant as he patrolled on foot along Adams and Whitaker Avenues. Officer Morrow had been detailed to this area due to the large number of robberies which had recently occurred in the area. Officer Morrow was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead of gunshot wounds of the back of the head, middle of the back, and right leg.
