Description: Special Agent Moye was shot and killed while investigating a rash of robberies at the Esom Hill Georgia railroad depot. Agent Moye confronted two men suspicious men who were armed for questioning. When Agent Moye ordered the men to stop and put up their arms, the suspects produced weapons and shot Agent Moye in the abdomen. He was transported to a local hospital where he remained until his death two days later.
