Description: Deputy Mooney was killed in a single-car automobile accident on I-95 while responding to another accident. Deputy Mooney was escorting the rescue squad when he lost control of his patrol vehicle, hydroplaned and left the roadway. Deputy Mooney was transported immediately to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
