Description: Officer Moritz was shot and killed after responding to a noise complaint. Neighbors reported that a pickup truck was repeatedly driving up and down the street playing loud music. Officer Moritz stopped the vehicle and was shot five times. The suspect was arrested and the prosecution delayed the trial until he was 18 so that he could be tried as an adult.
