Description: Correctional Deputy Meyst was killed in a single-vehicle crash while transporting two prisoners to jail. Deputy Meyst lost control of the department vehicle while transporting the inmates and crashed into a guard rail of a bridge. Deputy Meyst was transported to a hospital where he died. The inmates suffered minor injuries.
