Description: Trooper Mattice was killed in an automobile crash on Route 23, in the town of Morris, New York. Trooper Mattice had just left her assignment at a local school when her department vehicle drifted across the center line into the west bound lane and collided with a tractor trailer. Trooper Mattice was pronounced dead at the scene.
