Description: Officer Mobley and Officer William Black were killed when their helicopter crashed in the Atlantic Ocean while searching for a boat in distress. The Officers located the disabled boat anchored about a quarter mile off shore and were guiding another boat to it with the police helicopter spotlight when the crash occurred.
