Description: Officer McEntee was shot in the back of the head while sitting in his patrol vehicle. Officer McEntee was questioning two males who had approached his patrol vehicle from opposite sides when one pulled out a .38 caliber revolver and shot Officer McEntee. Officer McEntee was pronounced dead at the hospital. Officer McEntee's assailant, a fifteen year old juvenile was found guilty of first degree murder. The second suspect, an eighteen year old, was found guilty of second degree murder.
