Description: Sergeant Maki was at home when he received a call from Chief Clint Mott requesting back-up at a domestic disturbance call. While en route, Sergeant Maki was involved in an automobile accident. His vehicle moved from east bound lane, struck the curb, then clipped the median guard-rail before going airborne. The car then skidded 150 to 175 feet before striking another vehicle.
