Description: Officer Murphy was on patrol when he suffered a dizzy spell and struck his head against a trolley pole. Officer Murphy was taken to the hospital with what appeared to be a superficial wound. He was treated and then released. The next day Officer Murphy was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead of a fractured skull.
