Description: Officer McHugh was attempting to arrest a man who was hunting illegally. When the suspect was ordered to put down his gun, the suspect shot Officer McHugh and attempted to kill the man who was with the officer. The defendant was later found not guilty of murder, claiming the shooting was an accident.
