Description: Patrolman McMurray was shot when he responded to a domestic disturbance call where an impaired man had shot and killed his wife. Patrolman McMurray arrived at the residence to find that the doors and windows were boarded up. Patrolman McMurray was fatally shot by the suspect as he broke a panel from the front door and attempted to enter the house.
