Description: Detective McGinn and other officers conducted a raid at a gambling house. The officers arrived to find that the game was being robbed by ten gunmen. One of the gunmen ordered Detective McGinn to put up his hands and then shot him in the head and killed him. His assailant was found guilty of first degree murder. A second suspect was found guilty of second degree murder.
