Description: Deputy Sheriff Morris responded to a disturbance call in front of a local saloon. He was struck in the head with a blunt object by one of the suspects causing the disturbance. The suspects then shot Deputy Morris twice in the back and once in the foot. Deputy Morris died at the scene. The three suspects were charged with murder.
