Description: Police Officer McGrory was struck and killed by a drunk driver while conducting an investigation on I-15 in Barstow, California. Officer McGrory and his partner had stopped a suspected drunk driver and were administering a field sobriety test when another drunk driver struck Officer McGrory. Officer McGrory was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter.
