Description: Patrolman McNeill was severely injured when his motorcycle was struck by a passing motorist whose field of vision was partially obscured. Patrolman McNeill suffered multiple injuries, and his right foot was amputated. Patrolman McNeill remained in the hospital until his death two months later.
