Description: Trooper Manion was accidentally shot and killed while assisting another trooper investigate an automobile accident. As a tow truck pulled the suspect vehicle out of a ditch, a rifle inside of the vehicle discharged and struck Trooper Manion in the chest. Trooper Manion died en route to the hospital.
