Description: Officer Morrison was stationed at a speed trap when a vehicle passed him at an excessive rate of speed. Officer Morrison began pursuit, with the chase at speeds of 70 miles an hour. Officer Morrison had almost overtaken the vehicle, when a truck pulled onto the road and Officer Morrison hit it.
