Description: Constable Mann attempted to arrest a man for disturbing the peace. As Constable Mann struggled to arrest the suspect, a friend of the suspect came from behind and fired several shots, fatally striking both men. A citizen shot and killed Constable Man's assailant. Constable Mann died of his injuries the next day.
