Description: Detective Mrugacz was killed instantly when the police car he was driving rammed into a commercial trailer on the opposite side of the road. Detective Mrugacz was crushed between his seat and the dashboard of the car. His partner, Detective Kadunc was also injured in the accident. There were no eye-witnesses to what happened, but two sets of skid marks were found, indicating that both vehicles had tried to get out of the way.
