Description: Police Officer Martin was killed when he was intentionally struck by a minivan. Officer Martin was deploying spike sticks to disable a vehicle involved in a high speed police chase when the driver intentionally struck him. Officer Martin died at the scene. The suspect was taken into custody with a self-inflicted gunshot wound and died the following day.
